My spirit.

A Thanksgiving Prayer:

When I have food, help me to remember the hungry; When I have work, help me to remember the jobless; When I have a warm home, help me to remember the homeless; When I am without pain, help me to remember those who suffer; And in remembering, help me to destroy my complacency and bestir my compassion. Make me concerned enough to help, by word and deed, those who cry out for what we take for granted. (Samuel F. Pugh)

I am thankful for my family and their good health. I am thankful for my job and the financial stability it provides. I am thankful for my willingness and ability to help others in need. I am thankful for the love of my family and friends. I am thankful for my belief in God.

I am thankful for my parents that raised me to be a caring person, for my husband who taught me to love and be loved, for my children who gave me a reason to want to live a long life,so I could live to see my grandchildren give them the same trials and tribulations that they gave us--:)but most of all for all of our family and friends and their good health--the retirement we have been able to enjoy, and hopefully will for many more years. God has been very good to us and I am thankful that I have the faith to believe!!!

I'm most thankful for my Faith in God, without him I would never be able to handle my husbands illness!

the ONE thing i am most thankful for is LOVE. it is manifest in my life in so many wonderful ways...family, friends (who are my CHOSEN family), this country, and all the ways i have not yet experienced...but know in my heart (and mind) that i will.
